The tea estate is under complete irrigation facility with young tea bushes and advanced tea leaf harvesting and pruning methods. The addition of a state of the art factory with a modern equipment and technology enables it to produces the highest yield per hectare in the Terai region.

Manufacturing Facility

Our facilty is one of the most cleanest factories in India with a eco-friendly green belt around the factory perimeter. The factory line is equipped with advanced technology and the machines from renowned brands – Kilburn,  Bharat Engg. Parucco and Vinar to name a few. The unit is under 24×7 CCTV surveillance and is equipped with advanced vacuum cleaning and electronic water jet systems to keep the factory dust free and damp free.

Quality Control

The entire tea production flow at the facility is fully mechanized and adheres and complies to the ‘TrustTea’ Code Of India – which encompasses all aspects of tea production and seeks to embrace sustainability principles to boost productivity and maintain safety standards to improve quality compliance.

Our teas go through to rigorous quality control procedures right from the Tea Garden stage to the packing stage. We frequently carry out random checks and inspections to ensure every gram of tea produced is monitored and adheres to our brands quality and standard.
